Since 2002 I have been helping clients attain their goals. I have personally watched health and fitness transform clients lives. Training is much more than reps and weight. I take into account muscle imbalances and weaknesses, and construct a plan based on the science of health and fitness.
The workout
When it comes to personal training, I always remember that it is about the client. My training method is pretty simple; use compound multi-joint movements designed to get your heart-rate up and work multiple muscle groups at once. Most workouts are comprised of a total-body approach, so all the major muscle groups are stimulated. The result, a total body workout that yields a high calorie burn with increased strength and endurance.
Testimonials
"Developing a fitness program with trainer Lorenzo Ortiz has been a rewarding experience. He is focused on the moment and challenges you to break through moments of weakness that have developed over time. What I appreciate the most however, is his relaxed nature and good sense of humor. I look forward to each session as I feel the time invested has value and I know the outcome will be rewarded with an increased confidence in my overall appearance."

My work is demanding so I enjoy going into the gym and all I have to think about is execution. Lorenzo does all the rest. If you follow his advice both in and out of the gym you will reach your goals! Lorenzo is an essential component to my healthy lifestyle and I respect and appreciate all he does for me."

Training has come a long way since I started my career in 2002. I pride myself on being a trainer that not only knows proper body mechanics, but who practices what he teaches. I not only show my clients how to get the most out of each exercise but I also teach them a thing or two along the way.
